By using Instacam, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.

You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information; fake profiles lead to suspension.

Respect other members. No harassment, spam, or illegal content. Violations result in account termination.

You own your profile content. By posting, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

We aren't liable for user interactions offline. Use safety features and common sense.

We can suspend accounts for breaches. You can delete your account anytime in settings.

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes go through arbitration in Austin.
